When returned, a credit voucher will be issued in the name of the customer valid for an year from the date of issue. The customer has to send it back to the address given below. The courier charges for the return product will be borne by the sender.
Please note that international orders are non-refundable.
To initiate a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unworn, with tags and in its original packaging. You must also provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will arrange for a reverse pick-up. If we are unable to arrange a reverse pick-up, we will ask you to courier the item to us. Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
The return charges will be deducted from the refund amount, and if we are unable to connect with reverse shipping, the shipping charges will be borne by the customer.Ā
If the item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your credit note has been approved or not. If it is approved, You will automatically receive a credit note on your registered email id with a coupon code that you can use whenever, for a year.
