Return & Cancellations
Absolutely, yes. Noor insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. Because we want to make sure you receive your products, we require that you sign for goods delivered. At that point, you become responsible for the pieces. However, if the pieces are to be delivered to someone other than yourself, then signature by the recipient at the specified delivery address constitutes for delivery by Noor and responsibility for the product is transferred at that point.
We are a small business and while we pay for shipping, any additional customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees, which may be imposed, will be charged to the customer.
We are confident that you will love and want to keep our products. Nevertheless, you have 14 days to try it out with everything in your closet. If it doesn’t work out, email us at email@example.com and we will sort it out for you.
Unless the products are damaged or defective, we will not be able to exchange these items. If you would like to order a piece in a different size or a different product altogether, we will process it as a return. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can arrange it for you.

We want you to love what you ordered, but if something is not right, let us know. Awe don’t usually entertain return or exchange requests although under some special circumstances, the same can be considered.
In the unlikely event that any product you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, damaged or defective, or if product delivered, is different from what you had ordered, you may return the product. For the process of return, the product should be unused and in the same condition as you received it with its original packaging & the tags. The product return is valid within 3 days from the date on which these goods were delivered. Easy In-Store Exchanges
Alternatively, you can exchange the product for another style or size at our exclusive store in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
We do not offer merchandise Exchange or Return on orders shipped internationally. In an unlikely event if any merchandise you have received is in a damaged condition or defective, please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of receiving the order. Our representative will guide you on this matter.
We do not accept any damage complaints after 5 days of receiving the shipment. So please make sure you report the matter to us and dispatch the product at the earliest once we accept the return request.
Note: There might be duties/taxes applicable when you return items to us, so kindly do not ship anything back to us without writing to our customer care. We will not be liable to pay any duties/taxes arising due to return shipment.
